Description
This award recognizes a member who has constructed a production-built home labeled under one or more energy efficiency programs: ENERGY STAR®, Built Green®, R-2000, LEED, Passive House and the CHBA Net Zero Labeling Program. Single-family and multi-family developments with a label for ENERGY STAR®, Built Green®, R-2000, LEED, Passive House and/or the CHBA Net Zero Labeling Program may enter this category.

DIGITAL SUBMISSION CRITERIA
IMAGES
Maximum amount of photo uploads is 15. This includes all project pictures, before and after (if applicable). There is a separate upload field available for the Homeowner Permission Form (if applicable) and the project floorplans (if applicable).
PLANS: Floor, Landscape, etc.
All plans must be submitted online in the Floor Plan field.
Submit simple and easy to read floor plans.
